I designed OrderIT, a digital platform that transforms B2B ordering by simplifying the order placement process and improving sales team productivity. The app features a user-friendly catalog with custom item attributes, enabling customers to easily place orders and quickly reorder from previous purchases. Sales teams can generate dynamic, time-limited order links that can be shared via messaging apps, allowing customers to place orders without the need for app installation. The app also leverages AI-powered insights to suggest orders based on customer history, enhancing the customer experience. With a fully paperless, web-integrated system for order management, delivery, and accounting, AmPower® OrderIT streamlines B2B transactions, enabling sales teams to focus on marketing and customer engagement rather than manual order processing.
